Tim & his team were a great crew to work with on our kitchen and bedroom projects! They went above and beyond-- they helped out by drilling holes for our new drawer pulls, fixing a wall a previous contractor left unfinished, and moving all the big furniture so we didn't have to. We are so pleased with the results and will have them back for our next painting project.

We had PaintMor paint our entire house, including ALL walls, ceilings, trim, and our kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Their workmanship is outstanding! The crew was extremely thorough, meticulous and professional. They were conscientious of our home, being careful as they worked and were always mindful and proud of the work they were doing. Tim (the owner) was responsive and easy to work with from the very beginning of our project to the end. They worked around the clock to ensure our home was perfectly done and to our standards. I was so pleased with PaintMor after painting the entire interior of our home, that I knew I had to use them for the exterior. Not only did they replace all of our old siding with cement-board, they primed, prepped and painted our entire brick exterior. The end result blew me away. It was a large project/scope, but as they did with the interior, they finished ahead of schedule despite two rain days. I cannot recommend them enough, I have been passing their info along to neighbors/friends. You will not be disappointed with Tim or the PaintMor crew. This is a stand-up organization.

Recently had PaintMor paint a few rooms in my house, remove popcorn ceilings from them, and refinish my existing cabinets. Overall, the crews did a very good job. They showed up everyday at the same time and worked each night until almost 7:00PM. The entire crew was very professional working in my home. But, the reason for the three stars is due to the Owner. Unfortunately, I felt like the Owner had poor communication. I was never told a schedule of when work would be done, but an estimate, or the steps involved with each item. I reached out on a Thursday asking if crews would be working on Saturday, which i was told yes. I then asked for a "guesstimate" of when they thought they would be done. I was told either Saturday or Monday, but he would get back to me on a better date. I never heard anything back from him until I had to reach out of if the crews were coming back after leaving earlier than normal on Saturday. Also, I requested to take down some of the plastic to do some work in my bathroom and never received any notification. I was living in the home while these repairs were ongoing and it was difficult knowing what was going on each day. Thankfully I was never home during the day which was nice for the crews so no one was watching them all the time. The last day the crews were on site, I spoke with the Owner to confirm they were planning to finish today and wanted to just give him a heads up of things I had found around the house I would like to be addressed. They were mainly little things of missed painted sections or a door did not look right being painted completely. I did not want to come home that evening and the things I had at least noticed were not taken care of, which then meant another day the crew had to stay at my home when they could be on another job. When I spoke to him on the phone, I felt like he was rude to me bringing up the issues. Just wanted to be clear with him so all parties were on the same page. Also, PaintMor does not accept credit cards, or they will, but charge the fee. When I originally spoke to the Owner during the proposal phase, I asked about possible discounts paying with cash and was told he does not offer them, but he never mentioned not accepting credit cards, or would for a fee. I can understand that he did not offer any cash discounts, but assumed that since he did not, credit cards were acceptable. Also, his proposals did not mention anything of cash/check only. It was frustrating when it came time for the down payment to be told this. I paid him in check and he offered to waive the fee, but I was attempting to work with him as I needed an additional item to be worked on (tape, bed, & texture a closet wall). With the above issue, I also referenced the proposal not mentioning anything and when it came to the first day, we walked around the home to go over the scope. When we were walking around discussing one of the scopes he mentioned "this is what the proposal says". After discussing the proposal and being on the same page, he then asked me for all of my paint codes to use. I had referenced all of this information in the original signed proposal. I told him all that information was listed, but he did not have it. Normally this would not bother me, but when someone starts referencing what a proposal "says", it can be frustrating. Finally, of the four quotes I received, PaintMor was the highest of the four. I went with PaintMor due to the positive reviews from my Contractor as well as others online. Again, the crews did a great job, but for the price, was expecting more from the Owner in regards to communication. In my opinion, communication is key due to the various trades that are involved with a remodel. All I was wanting was to make sure work was on schedule/delayed to ensure that no down time is involved between the various parties.

We had Tim's crew paint a few rooms, walls, ceilings, trim, install baseboard, remove old wallpaper, texturize walls, spray paint new kitchen cabinets. These guys did an outstanding job from A to Z. We had an issue with some extra paint getting on and into the cabinet draw slides and the drawers were not sliding or working the way they should or did before. Tim had his guys back out within 48 hours, and this was after I paid him in full. They fixed the problem 100%. I wouldn't use anyone else. He was one of three quotes that came in the middle. I am very picky and am so glad it worked out and that they did such a good job. Very grateful.

When we needed a rather large paint job performed we went out and got a few quotes. The most responsive, detailed and fair priced quote was from Tim (owner and previously a painter so he knows what he is doing) and PaintMor Painters. Once the work started, his three man crew did a very detailed prep work and covered everything to make sure that no paint went where it should not. The painting part went as smooth as the prep and they cleaned up properly afterwards. All in all excellent work that resulted in that we used them for painting all our kitchen cabinets as well without getting other quotes. I highly recommend them.

Tim Cann and his team are awesome and easy to work with. We had a couple of projects and a LOT of moving parts. Tim was flexible and understanding and worked with us and accommodated us. He was easy to reach and his team did a phenomenal job of painting an entire house in less than a week, even after changing the start date on him a couple of times. They did all the minor repairs with such care and precision that you couldn't tell anything was wrong with the area prior to the paint job. The attention to detail is amazing. One repair wasn't caught until after they had done the room. We noticed and asked for a fix and his team advised that it was too wet to do it then, that they'd be back to fix it. Sure enough, they kept their word and came back to repair it like the pros they are and did a fab job. If I could give them more stars, I would. Highly recommend.

My wife and I hired PaintMor Painters in July 2016 after we bought our first home in Dallas. We knew it would be a big undertaking and needed to hire a professional. Tim Cann was hired in the wake of the Wylie hailstorm that gutted our house. Issai and his crew spent almost ten days hanging new sheet rock walls and ceilings, painting the entire interior and exterior, and fixing window benches and base boards throughout the house. In one room they replaced most every inch of the inside and outside wall to the studs, and even some of those. They were always on time and we trusted them inside alone with the code to the door. After the rest of the construction they came back and spent a day fixing some things we noticed as well as touching up around windows and new baseboards. In a time when shady work is the norm and workers flocked to our town to make a buck, Tim Cann's guys worked hard to put our house back together with as little pain to us as possible.
